Description
MKDP Properties are a specialist block managing agent managing apartment blocks and estates throughout the North West and North Wales. We provide property management services on behalf of Resident Management Companies (RMCs), freeholders and Resident Associations. We have a small knowledgeable team highly trained in dealing with leasehold matters. We are a new company establishing ourselves as one of the best pro-active managing agents in the North.
Our services structure includes issuing of service charge demands, debt collection, organising repairs and maintenance, resolving disputes, arranging insurance, dealing with leaseholders through various communication portals; resident meetings, site updates, circulars etc. We also ensure your block/estate complies with the necessary up to date legislation including fire safety, servicing of emergency lighting, fire and general risk assessments to ensure your development is fully compliant. We also assist with handovers from your previous agent free of charge along with a free survey of your development.
Additional services include condition reports, surveys, planned maintenance plans and financial reviews.
